One year on from the Foreign Affairs Committee’s report on the Israel-Palestine conflict, the Committee will hold an evidence session with Minister Hamish Falconer, examining developments in the Israel-Palestine conflict and the Middle East region.
\r\nThe session will examine the progress that has been made against the Committee’s recommendations.
\r\nThe situation in Gaza following the ceasefire agreement will be covered in the session, with questions likely to examine the UK Government’s position on President Trump’s Board of Peace, and reports that Israel continues to block humanitarian aid reaching Gaza. Members may ask about the potential annexation of West Bank and East Jerusalem by the Israeli government.
