On Wednesday the Environmental Audit Committee holds the first session of its new inquiry on the Treasury’s role in the UK’s environmental policies.
\r\nThe Committee is exploring how decisions made in the government’s central economic department influence the UK’s overall approach to climate change, nature loss and environmental sustainability. Witnesses will include experts in green economics from academia and think tanks.
