{"primaryDescription":"<h2>Lord Norton to be questioned on Public Inquiries</h2>\r\n<p>Next Tuesday, the Public Administration and Constitutional Affairs Committee (PACAC) will continue its inquiry into the process which underpins deciding to launch Public Inquiries and how implementation of their recommendations is scrutinised.</p>\r\n<p>MPs will question Lord Norton, who chaired the House of Lords&rsquo; Statutory Inquiries Committee (SIC).
