{"primaryDescription":"<h2>Cross-border healthcare: MPs to question NHS Wales Joint Commissioning Committee</h2>\r\n<p>Senior representatives from NHS Wales Joint Commissioning Committee (NWJCC) will be questioned by the Welsh Affairs Committee for its inquiry into the challenges around commissioning cross-border healthcare.</p>\r\n<p>The NWJCC is responsible for planning and securing specialist services for the whole of Wales and commissions specialist services outside of Wales.</p>","secondaryDescription":"<p>The evidence session is the committee&rsquo;s second of the week, following its hearing with all seven Welsh local health boards the day before.
